Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by you (“Client”) and Babes Down Under (“BDU”), the adult entertainment agency providing services within Australia. By making a booking with Babes Down Under, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which are designed to ensure a safe, professional, and respectful environment for all parties involved.
Booking Requirements:
Waitresses must be booked at a ratio of at least one waitress for every 12 guests. Showgirls are available for groups of any size.
Respectful Behavior:
The Client agrees that no performer shall be touched inappropriately. Performers may allow guided touching (e.g., thighs, buttocks, chest, or breasts) at their discretion. You are only permitted to touch the areas directed by the performer.
Touching of waitresses or other staff members is strictly prohibited.
Any physical or verbal harassment, inappropriate touching, or groping of performers will result in the immediate cessation of the performance, and no refund will be issued.
Recording Devices:
The Client agrees that no cameras, video, mobile phones, or other recording devices will be used during the performance without prior consent from the performer. If the performer declines permission to record, the Client agrees to respect this decision.
Performers have personal lives and reputations that must be respected.
Liability and Independent Contractors:
Babes Down Under acts as a booking agent for independent contractors who are responsible for providing their own liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance. Babes Down Under is not responsible for any action, incident, or liability caused by a contractor during the performance.
The Client agrees that any legal issues arising from the actions of a contractor, including personal injury or property damage, are a matter between the Client and the contractor, and Babes Down Under shall not be held liable.
Unacceptable Behavior:
The Client agrees that throwing objects, making insulting remarks, or physically groping performers will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Any illegal activity before, during, or after the performance will result in immediate termination of the show at the Client’s expense. No refunds will be issued.
Performance Restrictions:
Babes Down Under does not provide raunchy or X-rated shows to events where women are present. Straight strip shows are provided for mixed audiences, and raunchy shows are strictly for male audiences only.
Changing Facilities:
The Client agrees to provide a private room for the performer to change into their costume if necessary. If the performance is a surprise for the guest of honor, the Client must notify Babes Down Under at the time of booking to ensure the performer is in costume upon arrival.
Payment:
The Client agrees to pay the performer in cash upon arrival, before the performance begins. Payment must be made in full at this time.
Outdoor Shows:
Babes Down Under does not perform outdoor shows on grass or dirty surfaces. A clean, covered area (e.g., patios, pergolas, garages, or indoors) must be provided.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
If the Client or their guests engage in any behavior that violates these Terms and Conditions, the performance will be terminated immediately, and no refund will be issued. The Client agrees to communicate these rules to their guests prior to the event.
Customer Complaints:
Any complaints must be submitted through the feedback page on Babes Down Under’s website. Reception staff are not authorized to handle complaints. A member of our Complaints Department will respond to your inquiry in due course.
Performer Selection:
Performer selection is based on preference, but Babes Down Under cannot guarantee the availability of any specific performer. Performers’ schedules may change at short notice. Babes Down Under will make reasonable efforts to provide your preferred performer, but cannot guarantee it.
Non-Refundable Booking Fee:
A non-refundable booking fee is required for all bookings. This booking fee is not deductible from the performer’s payment upon commencement of the event. The Client acknowledges that this booking fee is for securing the performer and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
GST:
The Goods and Services Tax (GST) component of the booking fee is included in the booking fee and is not deductible from the performer at the commencement of the event.
Age Restrictions:
All attendees must be 18 years or older. The performer has the right to request proof of age from any attendees before commencing the performance.
Legal Compliance:
The Client agrees to comply with all applicable Australian laws, including those related to public decency, safety, and any other regulations that may affect the event. Babes Down Under reserves the right to cancel any performance if it is deemed to be in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
By booking with Babes Down Under, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. This Agreement is binding and enforceable under Australian law, and any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state or territory in which the booking is made.
Cancellation or Modification of Terms: Babes Down Under reserves the right to modify or cancel these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on the Babes Down Under website.
