1. 1. Age Requirement: This is an 18+ event. All attendees must be at least 18 years of age.

   2. ID Verification: All attendees must present a valid government-issued ID upon arrival. Acceptable forms of ID include a driver’s licence, passport, or state-issued identification card.

   3. Ticket Non-Refundability: All ticket purchases are final. Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances. In the circumstance of event cancellation or postponement, all tickets will be transferred to the next event dates.

   4. Event Entry: Entry to the event is subject to venue capacity and security checks. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any person at their discretion.

   5. Code of Conduct: All attendees are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully. The organisers reserve the right to remove anyone who engages in inappropriate or disruptive behaviour.

   6. Event Changes: The organisers reserve the right to change the event details, including but not limited to the date, time, venue, and lineup, without prior notice.

   7. Liability: The organisers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained at the event.

   8. Photography and Filming: By attending the event, attendees consent to being photographed and filmed. The organisers reserve the right to use these images and videos for promotional purposes.

   9. Prohibited Items: Attendees are prohibited from bringing illegal substances, weapons, and any other items deemed dangerous by the organisers.

   10. Health and Safety: Attendees must comply with all health and safety guidelines in place at the time of the event, including any COVID-19 related measures.

   11. Consent for Photos and Videos: Attendees agree not to take any photos or videos without the consent of the waitresses.

   12. Respect for Staff: Attendees agree not to touch or assault any of the staff and waitresses.

   13. Behaviour: Attendees agree to behave in a respectful manner at all times.

   14. Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing a ticket, attendees agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
